THIS VEHICLE IS BEING REAUCTIONED DUE TO NON-PAYMENT.
Up for auction by the City of Elyria is a 2015 Lincoln MKZ SEDAN 4-DR, 3.7L V6 DOHC 24V. with 131796 miles.
The Elyria Police Department came in possession of the vehicle on October 23, 2024 as the result of an abandoned vehicle. The vehicle went unclaimed where the Elyria Police Department took possession of the vehicle on January 1, 2025 through the Ohio Unclaimed and Abandoned Junk Motor Vehicle Affidavit Process. This administrative process converts the clear title to a salvage title. Please know the laws of your state in regards to salvage titles prior to bidding.
The engine will turn over, however the engine will not start.
There is damage to the lower bumper on the front right corner
There is damage to the left front fender and left front wheel.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. ALL VEHICLES SOLD BY POLICE DEPARTMENT WITH A SALVAGED TITLE WILL NEED TO BE TOWED OUT FOR REMOVAL
