SALES TAX

Removal
Most removals are with a prior-arranged appointment during business hours excluding holiday's and weekends. See Details in Long Description. Each location has different hours and/ or requirements and/or contacts.
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. ITEMS AUCTIONED ARE FOR PICKUP ONLY. PACKAGING AND SHIPPING ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BIDDER. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED.

If you plan to have a third party complete removal of this item/lot, you must complete and sign the Authorization of Release document found on this link. The signed copy must be sent to the email listed on your Buyer's Certificate prior to any removal arrangements being made. Buyer must notify Seller if using a Third-Party Agent.
