What's wrong with the back wall? 02/17/2026 12:23:12 PM
Under previous administration there was a leak in the roof towards the back of the trailer. Approximately 2018 or 2019?. This caused for there to be damage to the of the back wall on the driver’s side rear corner of the trailer. It was repaired in house with the intent of the trailer being replaced soon after. That didn’t happen until 2025 when we were able to obtain an inflatable fire safety house. Currently there are no leaks. See attached pictures. 02/17/2026 14:54:47 PM

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
