Before bidding, please read the following requirements:
1) This item is being sold as is, where is. Seller has included all known information about the item in the description above.
2) Bidders are asked to submit questions through GovDeals.
3) Item can be inspected onsite, but an appointment is required. To make an appointment, please e-mail the asset contact.
4) The seller will transport the item to OBX Shipping Center (www.obxshippingcenterinc.com), but shipping is at the buyer’s expense. The seller is unable to provide shipping quotes to potential bidders.
5) Winning bidder must make payment electronically through GovDeals.
6) Winning bidder will not be allowed to view the item prior to submitting payment.
7) Payment in full is due not later than FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS from the time and date of the close of the auction. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE GRANTED. Failure to adhere to this requirement will result in the bidder being reported as being in default.
8) The item must be removed within TEN (10) BUSINESS DAYS from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
