Removal: This auction lot must be paid for and removed within one week after auction close date. All items will require payment prior to pick up – no payments can be made at the Port Melbourne location. A copy of the paid invoice will be needed for pickup /loading. No other forms of documentation will be accepted. No bill of lading will be initiated for the auction lots. All carriers / drivers must bring own bill of lading (if needed). Loading support will be available on weekdays 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM only. Boeing will provide loading assistance of this auction lot onto a pickup truck, flatbed truck, semi-trailer or box van. It is at the discretion of Boeing to NOT LOAD item(s) on the transporter, if transporter deems unsafe or cannot accommodate the load. All auction items must be picked up in one loading - no multiple pickups. Under 18’s will not be allowed access to the site location unless accompanied by an adult. No Pets or weapons are allowed on Boeing property. All collectors must sign the ‘property release statement’ on pick up. If the Property release form is signed on your behalf by a freight forwarder, or a person other than the buyer, terms and conditions still apply. You are required to maintain 1.5 meters distance from people at all times during pick-up. Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Boeing Australia (SD) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
