This is one (1) 2005 Ford Explorer, 4-door, 1/2-ton SUV.

Condition: Fair. The engine ran when parked in May 2025, but the transmission is inoperable. The battery is dead. Vehicle has minor scratches, body damage on the passenger side, paint chipping on the hood, and front bumper damage. State inspection is not current.
Vehicle must be towed.
Buyer Note: Please inform the location in advance if a tow truck will assist with removal.

Removal
Most removals are with a prior-arranged appointment during business hours excluding holiday's and weekends. See Details in Long Description. Each location has different hours and/ or requirements and/or contacts.
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. ITEMS AUCTIONED ARE FOR PICKUP ONLY. PACKAGING AND SHIPPING ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BIDDER. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED.

The signed copy must be sent to the email listed on your Buyer's Certificate prior to any removal arrangements being made. Buyer must notify Seller if using a Third-Party Agent.
