All radios are approximately ten years old and were in working condition when removed from service.
Lot includes:


4 - APX6000 7/800MHz M2.5 Trunking Radio (Model H98UCF9PW6AN)


Radio features include: GPS, Over the Air Programming (POP25) and ADP Encryption.


Each radio will include the following equipment: 1ea NNTN7079A IMPRESS I charger with power adapter, 1ea Holster w/2.5” Belt Clip, and 1ea 7/800 GPS Antenna.

Radio features include: O5 Control Head


*Antenna, Speaker, Palm Mic, installation hardware and cables are NOT included.*


All equipment sold As Is. Batteries are not included.



NOTE: Buyer is responsible for removing all equipment from the premises. Cobb County will not assist with packaging, shipping, loading or transporting items. Pickup will be by appointment only.

Inspection

Inspection. Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to the inspection dates and times indicated in the item description. See special instructions on each auction page for inspection details.

Payment

Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyers Certificate. Payment must be made electronically through the GovDeals Website. Acceptable forms of payment are: · PayPal · Wire Transfer · Visa · MasterCard · American Express · Discover PayPal and Credit Card purchases are limited to below $5,000.00. If the winning bid plus applicable taxes, if any indicated, and the buyer's premium, equals more than $4,999.99, PayPal and Credit Cards may not be used. If Wire Transfer is chosen, a Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days.

Removal

Removal. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Cobb County assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. See special instructions on each auction page for removal details. Buyer agrees that no monies previously paid to the seller will be refunded after Buyer removes property from the seller’s premises. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

Inspection:The bidder is invited, urged and cautioned to inspect the item prior to submitting a bid. To the best of our knowledge, all identified deficiencies and problems are included in the listing. Unless otherwise specified in this invitation, the property will be available for inspection between the hours of 9:00 am - 3:00 pm Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Sales Tax: 6% sales tax will be added to the winning bid price as required by the State of Georgia Department of Revenue.
