Kimber Eclipse Ultra II chambered in .45acp with Crimson Trace laser grip. The handgun is in good cosmetic condition with small blemishes (pictured). The laser grip is working. Comes with two magazines. We have not fired the handgun.
Only Federal Firearm Licensed (FFL) dealers will be allowed to bid on this item. You must be authorized and your FFL verified by Gov Deals before bidding.
The winning FFL bidder must be the one to pick up and sign the Bill of Sale in person without exception. You must provide the seller a copy of your FFL and Driver’s License before removing the item.
Pick up dealer's FFL's may be verified though the ATF website (https://www.atfonline.gov/fflezcheck/) before Seller releases gun(s).
If the website does not recognize or verify the FFL number, the guns will be held until the matter is straightened out at no cost to Seller.
These guns are seized and sold as is where is.
Sold where-is, as-is, no warranties offered or implied. Guns have not been fired, nor do we know if the guns are operational. No guarantees are implied or given. These guns are stored in a secure area, and no inspection is allowed.
THE SELLER WILL NOT SHIP GUNS TO BIDDERS FOR ANY REASON.

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:

Removal
ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days.
