Unit was brought in through towing as Abandoned, No payment due to mechanical or towing bill. No other history is available. UNIT WILL HAVE A CLEAN TITLE UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. No other mechanical information is available since we do not inspect vehicles. The unit is offsite and we are not able to take pictures or inspect units further. WE DO NOT GIVE OUT RESERVES. Only crank them and put into gear. There will be no racing of engines or stalling of engines or transmissions. UNITS ARE SOLD AS-IS regardless of answered questions, emails, or phone conversations. AS-IS means AS-IS. No pay or default bidders will be blocked from purchasing on our units as well as be charged the appropriate fees through Gov Deals. We do not have the capacity or ability to help load (unless specified) any units. Any units not picked up within 10 business days will be subject to a $45.00 per day storage fee

Removal
Please Allow 7- 14 BUSINESS DAYS for title processing once bill of sale is signed, received and asset has been removed. ALL TITLES WILL BE MAILED TO ADDRESS LISTED ON BILL OF SALE. Please verify that this is the correct address to prevent any delays.

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
