We don't sell perfectly operating equipment or vehicles, truly that would be misuse of taxpayers money. Rarely ever does any Government entity sell anything that hasn't been used till the point of increased need for service and then sold and replaced with a new or low hour machine. This is especially true of heavy equipment. This machine has a leak on a cylinder shown in the pictures and may have others too. You may come and inspect the excavator by appointment if you wish. It was in service till a few months ago and was taken out of service when it's replacement came in. We do not inspect vehicles or equipment as they exits the fleet, we liquidate. Can you state in detail what exactly is leaking? you stated earlier this is being replaced to do leaks and wear... What is worn exactly and where are the leaks, meaning which cylinder;( bucket which i think i see it but not sure because of poor pictures, stick - very top cylinder, or boom near the operator) or other hoses and or blade), what about engine? Any type of leaks in the engine? can you get better GOOD quality pictures and upload them here for better inspection, because the ones are posted are ok for general look over not for better close up. 04/21/2026 11:20:22 AM

Removal
ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days.
