How long has it been sitting unused, when was it last regularly driven, and why has it been sitting? 2. Any known mechanical issues, warning lights, or failures? 3. What work or repairs might it need according to your records? 4. Any service/maintenance records or history available? 5. When started on 2/26/26: any dashboard warning lights? Did it idle smoothly with no unusual noises, smoke or vibrations? 6. Are sliding doors, power windows, locks and liftgate working? 7. Does A/C and heat work properly? 8. Removal

Pick up times are Monday-Friday, 12pm to 4:00pm. Appointment is not required. Please email any questions you may have on removal.
The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.
All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc.).
*If you live out-of-state and need to schedule a third-party carrier to pick-up your auction property, you must email the surplus-q@asu.edu a copy of the Bill of Lading (BOL) from the third-party carrier, and a signed Authorization of Release form (Authorization of Release), a minimum of 24 hours in advance. The auction property may be removed at any time between the hours of 12:00-4:00pm (Mon-Fri).
