AM General M998 HMMWV Humvee. This is a running, driving unit but it will need thorough inspection prior to being put into use. It has been basically parked for at least 3 years and was used very little even before that. Prep for sale consisted of washing it and charging the batteries, but no other maintenance. Batteries have been holding a charge and started right up today despite 20 degree high temps. Tires are in extremely poor condition and will need to be replaced before use. Minor paint and body damage as seen in pictures. We have a clean CT title. It is the bidder/buyer's responsibility to research their local laws as far as registration etc. It is my understanding that several states no longer permit these to be operated on public roads so please do your due diligence prior to bidding.

For liability reasons, vehicle will be required to be towed or trailered from the property.
Paperwork will be handed to and become the responsibility of the pickup driver. We do not mail paperwork.
Inspection prior to bidding is highly encouraged but is permitted by appointment only, M-F 7am – 3 pm. Closed most holidays. Do not show up unannounced.

Note to bidders using 3rd party transport companies: our gate is locked outside the hours of 7am – 3pm M-F and most holidays. Time must be allowed for final paperwork and loading to be completed within these hours, no exceptions. Prior to pick up by a 3rd party we must receive via email a release signed by the purchaser indicating their authorization to release as well as who we will be releasing it to.
