One (1) Lot of Scrap Electronics (Lot #20) sold "as is" in Scrap/Salvage Condition - MUST TAKE ALL. All items are in NON-WORKING CONDITION.

This lot consists of nine (9) pallets of various scrap/salvage electronics such as Monitors, Computers, Laptops, Monitor/TV, Printers as well as two (2) freestanding printers - see attached Equipment List (Note: the University is not responsible for typos, incorrect quantities, description, manufacturer/model provided in the equipment list).

All Hard Drives/Memory have been removed.
Some Cords have been cut and removed.
Monitor casings have screens removed
Pallets are shrink wrapped as seen in pictures.

There are two (2) loading docks available for box trucks or tractor trailer trucks. No man power, moving tools or loading equipment will be provided. Breaking down of pallets to load on-site will NOT be permitted.

The winning bidder must provide their own pallet jack & large box truck be able to accommodate removal of all items. Truck needs to accommodate a total space of at least 9 ft. wide, 26 ft. long and 7 ft high.

ATTENTION BIDDERS: Box trucks must be able to accommodate our minimum dock height of 3 foot 10 inches (46 inches) and maximum dock height of 4 foot 2 inches (50 inches), and be a minimum of 6 feet wide to accommodate the plate. Vehicles not meeting these specifications will NOT be accepted.

Each pallet is approximately 48"L x 48"W x 78" H - There are nine (9) pallets and two (2) freestanding printers (1 printer is 72” L x 36” W x 45” H and 1 printer is 28” L x 24” W x 48” H).

Pallets are included in sale.

All transportation arrangements and costs to remove all the items included in this Lot from our location are the responsibility of the winning bidder.

The winning bidder is responsible for arranging the packaging. Items are not packed and ready to ship, see pictures.

Only items listed on the Equipment list are included for sale in this lot: extraneous items which may be visible in pictures are not part of Lot of Scrap Electronics (Lot #20) for sale.

BIDDER PLEASE NOTE: Prior to removal of items, Proof of Insurance will be required by the winning bidder BEFORE arrangements may be made for pickup.

One (1) Public Viewing will be held on Wednesday, 8/6/2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Inspection

Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. One Public viewing of the items will be held at a specific date and time, refer to product description for details.

Payment

PAYMENT

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.

Note:

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX

When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.

Removal

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

INSURANCE

Proof of insurance will be required by the winning bidder BEFORE arrangements can be made for pickup.
