Description

Axcelis (Eaton), NV GSD-HE, 1 MeV Ion Implanter, Vintage 1999 and Completely Refurbished in 2023 by IBS in France. Sale is by Order of Lumentum Technology UK Ltd, a Multi-Million Dollar Tool Available for Immediate Sale and Shipment. Serial number 090153, 6” Wafer Handling Station Installed and Compatible with 8” Wafers. Tool was shipped from France to Taiwan for installation and never installed. Tool was then re-crated and shipped to the Lumentum UK site where it's currently in (23) crates and in storage.
