Removal
If you are the winning bidder, contact the Seller PRIOR to arriving to VERIFY THE LOCATION of the item(s) won, and any additional instructions on payment, pickup and removal. The buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary including packing, loading and transporting of property. Buyer must come prepared to load with minimal assistance. Items may be picked up between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., Monday through Friday, by appointment only.

Special Instructions
If you fail to make payment within five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyers Certificate, you will be considered in default and will be listed as such on GovDeals.com. If you fail to remove the item within the time frame allowed, ten (10) business days, you will be considered in default and the item will be reclaimed by the City of Lake City and disposed of at our discretion. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
