Bidders are invited and urged to inspect the property before submitting their bid. Inspections are available by appointment only. Under no circumstances will a refund or adjustment be made because property not coming up to the standard expected, nor will failure to inspect be considered grounds for such claim.

Payment

PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ONLINE-- To make online payment, Log into your Liquidity Services account and select “My Bids”. Please follow the instructions there.

Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Payment must be made electronically via the payment methods listed below.

TAX CALCULATION & EXEMPTIONS


TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.

TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Bidder Services at tax@govdeals.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction's close to expedite this process. Please contact Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.

Removal

Pick up can be made Monday through Fri from 8am to 3pm, at designated pick location on Govdeals Certificate
Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from pick up location indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. The County staff can furnish no service of any kind. For information, please contact the agency representative listed in “Govdeals Certificate ”. The successful bidder must assume all liability that may be incurred in connection with the removal of the property from the premises. If the purchaser does not remove the property purchased on the specified date on the award notice, the County of Henrico reserves the right re-sell the property .
No repairs will be allowed on County property.

If you plan to have a third party complete removal of this item/lot, you must complete and sign the Authorization of Release document found on this link. The signed copy must be sent to the email listed on your Buyer's Certificate prior to any removal arrangements being made.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for incorrect description must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
