This is a used lot of one hundred thirteen (113) Motorola APX6500 Mobile Radios, Model: M25URS9PW1AN. You are bidding on the 'radio brick' only. There are no radio accessories with this lot.
These radios were purchased directly from Motorola and placed into service in 2015/2016. The radios have surface wear to include, but not limited to: scratches, marks, and dirt buildup consistent with installation and use in a police vehicle for approximately 10 years.
Approximately three (3) of these units are configured for desktop use and have an O5 (or similar) display/control head affixed to the radio.
One (1) of the units will need new mounting screws to secure the faceplate onto the unit.
Less than three (3) of these units may need repair.
The radios were taken out of service in Q1 of 2026 for newer models.

PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.
After your payment goes through, Govdeals will send an email to the City notifying that payment has cleared. At that point, the City will reach out to you by email with pickup information. Nothing will be happening before that time. It may take a few hours, or a few days for your payment to clear; please be patient.

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.
If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.
Removal
Removal: After your payment is received, you will receive an email regarding pickup instructions. Please be patient, as sometimes payments aren't received instantly after you make them. It may take a few hours, or a few days for your payment to clear; please be patient. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No assistance will be provided. Property may be removed between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 will be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

The City of Dearborn, is not responsible for any damage to the equipment or any injuries or property damage sustained by the winning bidder’s employees or equipment utilized to remove the items from City of Dearborn property. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
