Removal, loading, and transportation of all purchased items is strictly the buyer's responsibility. No removal assistance of any kind will be furnished by the City and County of Denver. If item is to be shipped, buyer must provide the City an “Authorization of Release” document.

Removal is by appointment only, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.

Upon auction payment verification, buyer must pre-arrange pick-up time and date with City and County of Denver employees at least 48 hours in advance. No exceptions! The Bill of Sale must be presented at time of pick-up. No exceptions! Buyer/Transport Company will be turned away if removal has not been scheduled and/or Bill of Sale is not presented and/or arrival occurs outside of authorized removal hours. No exceptions!

Removal appointments per auction item shall be limited to two. If after two removal appointments, buyer and/or transport company has failed to remove auction item from City property, buyer will be defaulted, and the City and County of Denver will retain auction item. No exceptions!!!

Payment must be made within five (5) business days of close of auction. Removal must be made within ten (10) business days of close of auction. No exceptions!!! If you do not abide by these terms your account with GovDeals will be locked!!!
