2011 PETERBILT 365 TANDEM Cab & Chassis. Cummins ISM350V Runs good ( video attached). Eaton Fuller FR014210C ( 10 speed manual ) transmission
with PTO was functional when removed from service. Odometer shows 166,358 miles, Hour meter shows 18,613 hours. 14,600 lb Front axle, 40,000
lb rears with air ride cab & suspension. Vehicle is equipped with air conditioning, cruise control, locking differential , Engine Brake, and am/fm radio. Unit was
originally a fuel tanker. Tank was removed and installed on a new chassis due to the age of the vehicle. The original hood and front bumper were removed and
used on an in service unit ( TRUCK HAS NOT BEEN WRECKED). The truck was reported as good unit and was planned to be refitted with a flatbed before parts
were removed. The hood being used to cover the engine is from an International 7400 and is included in the sale. Vehicle was last started with a boost due to
dead batteries on 8-14-2025. Unit was on a strict fleet maintenance program and has always received regularly scheduled service while in use.
A clean and clear title will be furnished to the registered buyer. SOLD AS IS, NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE.

Removal
The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc).
