Jacobsen Model 154 Self-Propelled Sweeper
This auction is for one (1) Jacobsen Model 154 Self-Propelled Sweeper in Used, Non-Working, AS-IS condition. This item is not warranted to be operational. This item is sold for parts, scrap or for the buyer to attempt to repair. Batteries, carburetor, other original parts may be nonfunctional or missing. The unit will start, but it will not continue to run.
ATTENTION BIDDERS: All transportation arrangements and costs to remove the sweeper from our location are the responsibility of the winning bidder. No assistance, loading equipment or tools will be provided by URI to load the sweeper for removal by the winning bidder.
The sweeper is located outdoors, on ground level. The sweeper weighs 1,460 lbs and it measures approximately 90" L x 60" W x 55" H.
BIDDER PLEASE NOTE: Prior to removal of items, Proof of Insurance will be required by the winning bidder BEFORE arrangements may be made for pickup.

SALES TAX

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
INSURANCE
Proof of insurance will be required by the winning bidder BEFORE arrangements can be made for pickup.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
