Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.

The Buyer is responsible for all removal. Seller is willing to ship at Buyer’s expense. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

PRS will package or palletize items for shipping and provide the weight and dimensions. Buyers are responsible for generating and emailing a prepaid shipping label using their preferred carrier.

We offer dock-level loading only at our warehouse. A pallet jack and forklift are available to assist with loading. Pallet breakdowns are not permitted on site.

PRS also offers local delivery for larger items within the Greater Vancouver Area for a flat fee of $200, using our own truck. Contact us for more details.
