4,000 Gallon tank previously used for propane. Being sold as scrap. BE ADVISED, the tank data plate will be ground out or removed. The unit can not be used
for propane in the future. Tank is 52’ long, 4’ in diameter. It is empty and has been for a number of years. Excellent for culvert pipe/drainage conversion, oil
storage or whatever you see fit. The auction is for 1 tank ONLY.
Buyer is responsible for loading, NO ASSISTANCE is available onsite. Rosada’s Wrecker service is located 1/2 mile from this
facility and can be contacted for loading at +1 (325) 235-8829. We strongly encourage potential bidders to take advantage of the opportunity to review all
photos / videos and inspect the item before bidding . Inspection is welcomed by appointment only in SWEETWATER,TX via the Q&A section of the listing or by
calling 205-965-6644. The item must be removed from the property no later than 10 days after the purchase date. Items remaining after 10 days will be

Removal
The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc).
