ALL METERS WERE WORKING WHEN REMOVED FROM SERVICE. THE WATER SYSTEM WAS TAKEN OVER BY ANOTHER LARGER UTILITY COMPANY AND THE METERING SYSTEM WAS REPLACED. -- ** SOLD AS IS **
