*THIS LOT IS LOCATED OFF SITE AT A SCHOOL. IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT THE BUYER REMOVES ITEMS FROM THE PREMESIS WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF PURCHASE.*

Hobart Commercial Dishwasher. BUYER MUST DISCONNECT AND REMOVE. Items are located in a school that is being permanently closed. All were in good working condition when the school closed for the year. Please note that these items are located off site at the old Green Valley Elementary School in Monrovia, MD. Buyer must pick up their items from this location. Buyer is solely responsible for disconnection and removal of these items. Please schedule pickup no sooner than 24 hours prior to your planned pickup time to assure staff will be on site. You cannot pick up your items without a staff member present. FCPS Staff do not aid in removal of items in any way. Please bring adequate help and transportation for your items to ensure they will all be removed from the school same-day.

PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ONLINE-- To make online payment, Log into your Liquidity Services account and select “My Bids”. Please follow the instructions there. Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyers Certificate. Payment must be made electronically via the payment methods listed below.

Removal

PICK UPS MUST BE SCHEDULED FOR MONDAY-FRIDAY. PICK UP HOURS ARE 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM EXCLUDING LUNCH HOUR 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM. ALL ITEMS ARE LOADING DOCK HEIGHT. GROUND LEVEL LOADING IS NOT AVAILABLE. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING ITEMS, WAREHOUSE STAFF DO NOT ASSIST WITH LOADIN, NO EQUIPMENT IS AVAILABLE IS ASSIST WITH LOADING ITEMS.

**REPORT TO THE MAIN OFFICE AT THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING FIRST TO COMPLETE PAPER WORK, YOU WILL THEN BE INSTRUCTED WHERE TO RECIEVE ITEM.

IF THE BUYER DESIGNATES SOMEONE ELSE FOR THE PICKUP AN AUTHORIZATION OF RELEASE MUST BE PROVIDED.

Property MUST BE REMOVED BY APPOINTMENT ONLY and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyers Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property.

NO ASSISTANCE WILL BE PROVIDED. ITEMS AUCTIONED ARE FOR PICKUP ONLY. PACKAGING AND SHIPPING ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BIDDER. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED.
