*THIS LOT IS LOCATED OFF SITE AT A SCHOOL. IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT THE BUYER REMOVES ITEMS FROM THE PREMESIS WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF PURCHASE.*
Delfield Refrigerator. It is located in a school that is being permanently closed. It was in good working condition when the school closed for the year. Please note that these items are located off site at the old Green Valley Elementary School in Monrovia, MD. Buyer must pick up their items from this location. Please schedule pickup no sooner than 24 hours prior to your planned pickup time to assure staff will be on site. You cannot pick up your items without a staff member present. FCPS Staff do not aid in removal of items in any way. Please bring adequate help and transportation for your items to ensure they will all be removed from the school same-day.

Removal
Buses may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made 24 hours in advance. Buses must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the buyers certificate.
A daily storage fee of $10..00 may be charged for any buses not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyers Certificate.
PICK UP HOURS ARE 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM EXCLUDING LUNCH HOUR 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM.
IF THE BUYER DESIGNATES SOMEONE ELSE FOR THE PICKUP AN AUTHORIZATION OF RELEASE MUST BE PROVIDED.

You must have your own transportation to the bus lot, none will be provided. Winning bidder is responsible for obtaining temporary tags to transport the vehicle.
