MUST USE TRUCK THAT IS LOADING DOCK HEIGHT. GROUND LEVEL LOADING NOT AVAILABLE. IF THE BUYER DESIGNATES SOMEONE ELSE FOR THE PICKUP AN AUTHORIZATION OF RELEASE MUST BE PROVIDED. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. PICK UPS MUST BE SCHEDULED FOR MONDAY-FRIDAY. PICK UP HOURS ARE 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM EXCLUDING LUNCH HOUR 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyers Certificate. ITEMS AUCTIONED ARE FOR PICKUP ONLY.
