Removal
REMOVAL IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLERS LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT SHIP ITEMS AND IT IS UP TO THE WINNING BIDDER TO COLLECT ALL ITEMS! Schedule PICK-UP with Kirk Sherman at (409) 267-2717 or email ksherman@chamberstx.gov. Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. A copy or photo copy will be taken of the individuals identification card authorized for pick-up.
