Description

This is a used CMA Energy Mizer Commercial Dishwasher. This has been used in our fire station for the last 5 years approximately. This dishwasher was in perfect working order when removed with no issues noted by the crews using it. It comes with all the chemicals and the racks that are shown in the pictures. Please see description below for information on this dishwasher.

The CMA Dishmachines L-1X16 Energy Mizer is a commercial, low-temperature, chemical-sanitizing undercounter dishwasher designed for use in busy bars, cafes, and satellite kitchens. It processes up to 30 racks (120 covers) per hour and is built with durable stainless-steel construction.

Key Features and Specifications

Sanitizing Method: It uses a low-temperature chemical sanitizing method, which means it relies on chemicals instead of a high-temperature hot water rinse to sanitize dishes. A built-in sustainer heater helps maintain the wash tank temperature between cycles.

Capacity & Speed: The dishwasher can handle up to 30 racks per hour, with a total cycle time of approximately 120 seconds (58s wash, 32s rinse, 30s purge).

Efficiency: It is economical to operate, using only 1.7 gallons of water per cycle.

Construction: The unit is made entirely of stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance. It features upper and lower stainless steel wash arms with reinforced end caps.

Dimensions: The unit measures approximately 24" W x 23.5" D x 34.25" H.

Clearance: It has a generous 16-inch door clearance to accommodate larger items like sheet pans and tall plates.
Built-in Systems: The machine includes built-in chemical pumps, a deliming system, and primer switches for streamlined operation and proper chemical usage.

Maintenance: Electrical components are housed in a "Work-in-a-Drawer" design, allowing them to slide out for fast, front-side service. It also has a pump purging system that helps eliminate soil and chemical carryover.

Safety & Certification: The L-1X16 is equipped with a door safety switch and is NSF, UL, and cUL listed.
