Buyer is responsible for complete removal and disposal of the following structures located on the same property:

(1) Large barn

(1) Small barn

Removal includes, but is not limited to: framing, roofing, siding, scrap, trash, and all materials. Buyer shall provide all labor, equipment, hauling, dumpsters, and disposal services necessary to complete the work.

Barns are currently empty. Structures are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. No warranties or representations are made as to condition, materials, or presence of hazardous substances.

All structures and debris must be fully removed on or before March 20, 2026. No extensions will be granted.


Buyer is responsible for:
Obtaining all required permits and approvals
Compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations
Following all safety and OSHA requirements
Protection of surrounding property, utilities, fencing, and access roads

Buyer shall indemnify and hold harmless the School District from any claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from Buyer’s activities on the property. Buyer assumes all responsibility for identification, handling, and proper disposal of any hazardous materials, including but not limited to asbestos, lead paint, or other regulated substances. The District makes no representations regarding the presence or absence of hazardous materials.

Buyer may be required to provide proof of general liability and workers’ compensation insurance prior to commencing work, naming the School District as additionally insured.


Buyer will coordinate site access with the District after award. Site inspection before bidding may be coordinated by calling 864-949-2340.

If Buyer fails to perform or abandons the project, the District reserves the right to retain payment.
