These cabins are set into the trees with no direct or close access with most machinery or vehicles. Site inspection required to ascertain distances and encumbrances which vary cabin to cabin. Cabins require DISASSEMBLY, CANNOT BE MOVED INTACT due to location and condition. These units are being sold as materials. See photos. Carefully read the rest of the details.

Mandatory - During & after removal, no unwanted material is to be left on site. ALL BUILDING MATERIALS REGARDLESS OF CONDITION MUST BE REMOVED.

Mandatory - Any Loads leaving site must coincide with MTO regulation (IE. Height, Width, Length.)
And be transported on a vehicle that is approved for on highway use.

MANDATORY - The winning bidder must have the proper equipment, transportation, insurance to safely and
properly remove the items from the location. Buyer is liable for all safety, site, and transportation issues.

NO ASSISTANCE OR MACHINERY WILL BE PROVIDED by the seller. If you do not have the proper
equipment, DO NOT BID
