PICK UPS MUST BE SCHEDULED FOR MONDAY-FRIDAY. PICK UP HOURS ARE 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM EXCLUDING LUNCH HOUR 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM. ALL ITEMS ARE LOADING DOCK HEIGHT. GROUND LEVEL LOADING IS NOT AVAILABLE. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING ITEMS, WAREHOUSE STAFF DO NOT ASSIST WITH LOADIN, NO EQUIPMENT IS AVAILABLE IS ASSIST WITH LOADING ITEMS.

**REPORT TO THE MAIN OFFICE AT THE FRONT (NOT LOADING DOCK SIDE) OF THE BUILDING FIRST TO COMPLETE PAPERWORK, YOU WILL THEN BE INSTRUCTED WHERE TO RECIEVE ITEM.

IF THE BUYER DESIGNATES SOMEONE ELSE FOR THE PICKUP AN AUTHORIZATION OF RELEASE MUST BE PROVIDED.

Property MUST BE REMOVED BY APPOINTMENT ONLY and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyers Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property.

NO ASSISTANCE WILL BE PROVIDED. ITEMS AUCTIONED ARE FOR PICKUP ONLY. PACKAGING AND SHIPPING ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BIDDER. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED.
