Description:
Up for auction is a lot of three (3) steel blueprint/flat file storage cabinets. Each cabinet features five (5) wide, shallow drawers designed for storing blueprints, maps, artwork, documents, or other large flat materials. Units are heavy-duty steel construction and marked Hamilton Economy (Wood Goods Steel).
Condition:
Units are used and show normal wear from previous use including scratches, scuffs, dust, and labeling from prior inventory. Drawers open and close as intended (no further testing performed). Sold as-is, where-is with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
