I am interested in several of the electrical control cabinet lots at this location and would like to schedule an inspection prior to bidding. My primary purpose is to look at the equipment and determine what would be required to safely remove the cabinets from the mezzanine if I am the successful bidder. We are interested in Lot 31750-58. Can you provide additional information regarding removal from the mezzanine? Is there freight-elevator, forklift, loading-dock, or other equipment access to the mezzanine level? Are the cabinets currently disconnected and free-standing/ready for removal? Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed by Oct 5th 2026, No Exceptions. Any equipment not removed by Oct. 5th will be considered abandoned without the possibility of a refund.
The Buyer or buyers contractor will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided.
