2013 Keystone Copper Canyon 275FWBHS camper with extreme thermal package. 31’ total length. 30 amp service, cold air conditioning, hot gas heat ,

electric & gas water heater , everything worked as it should when last used. Tires have have approximately 60% tread remaining. Electric brakes and lights

were functional when last used. The unit has been converted to a 2 5/16 gooseneck coupling and is not pulled with a fifth wheel. The trailer has a new 1 piece

membrane roof that was professionally installed on 8-24-2025 . This damage was caused by a low limb that tore the original roof membrane during transit .

The unit was immediately moved to covered storage. This resulted in the insurance company totaling the unit due

to the cost of repairs. All necessary repairs were made and the unit is ready for use. BE ADVISED ,THE TRAILER WILL HAVE A SALVAGE TITLE.
