BEING SOLD AS IS WHERE IS WITH ANY AND ALL DEFECTS KNOWN AND UNKNOWN. ONCE THIS ITEM IS PICKED AT THE ITEM LOCATION THEN THIS ITEM BECOMES NON-REFUNDABLE. EVEN THOUGH THIS ITEM IS LOCAL PICKUP ONLY, I AM WILLING TO CONSIDER SHIPPING IT TO A COMMERCIAL ADDRESS IN THE UNITED STATES IF REQUESTED BY THE BUYER AT BUYERS SHIPPING AND HANDLING EXPENSE. Payment methods for AllSurplus Auctions are Wire Transfer, PayPal, or Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express*, Discover) only. * American Express is not available for buyers on probation. Real Estate property requires a wire transfer payment only. PayPal and credit card purchases are limited to below $5,000.00 and Bidders residing in the United States, Canada and Mexico Only. If the winning bid plus applicable taxes, if any indicated, plus the buyer's premium equals to $5,000.00 or more, Wire Transfer must be used.
Buyers on level one probation have a PayPal and Credit Card limit of $1,000. If Wire Transfer is chosen, a Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days unless otherwise specified below.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
