Condition is poor with heavy surface rust and weathering throughout. Unit has been stored outdoors and has vines/debris wrapped through the drums. Bearings, shafts, and rotating assemblies have not been tested. Operational condition is unknown. One side bearing appears newer/replaced compared to the rest of the unit. Paint is faded and peeling. Buyer should expect repairs, refurbishment, or use for parts.
