The property being sold in this auction are the contents of safe deposit boxes reported to the District of
Columbia, Unclaimed Property Unit by various safekeeping repositories. The boxes have been unclaimed by
the owner for more than 3 years from the date on which the lease or rental period expired.
All items have been appraised by a certified appraiser.
Item Description:
A/ 18kt yellow gold ladies ring with 23 old mine cut diamonds (three are chipped) approx. 1/5 carat total weight. Ring size is 7 3/4 and weight is 2.7 grams.
B/ 14kt yellow gold bar pin with engraved floral design. Length is 1 1/2 inches and weight is 2.1 grams.
C/ Sterling silver lead pencil. Reduces in size to 2 3/4 inches and has a swirl design. Weight is 21.5 grams.
D/ Eclipse 14kt gold filled gold tone lead pencil. Top is damaged.
E/ Eclipse 14kt gold filled fountain pen with 14kt nib. 5 1/4 inches, no ink.
F/ Schaeffer gold filled lead pencil with green marbled design. Engraved with name. 4 3/4 of an inch in length.
G/ Gold tone lead pencil with black enamel design. Length is 2 3/8 of an inch.
H/ Broken gold tone pencil (in three pcs).

Removal
Removal: Items must be picked up in person. Buyers must pick up within six (6) calendar days of auction close. After 6 days, auctions will be canceled. If auction canceled, buyer's account will be locked. Removal is by appointment only. Appointments for removing the property will be available Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:30am to 3:00pm. Once item is paid, please email dcauction@dc.gov to schedule appointment.
*Appointments must be scheduled by 4:00pm EST on the Monday prior to the desired appointment time.* No packing or shipping available. If you need packing/shipping, please contact a third party shipping company. We cannot recommend any specific companies.
