Crestview is one of Florida’s fastest growing cities. The city’s population is about 27,000, and there are abundant Crestview homes for sale. This region in northwest Florida is known as the Hub City, and although the area famously has a hot climate, developers and Crestview home builders construct dwellings with the climate and other local factors in mind. Crestview’s name was chosen because it is located on the peak of a long woodland range between the Yellow and Shoal rivers, which flow almost parallel on the east and west side of the city.
Crestview enjoys a mild climate with warm summers and relatively mild winters. This climate is conducive to enjoying outdoor activities year-round. The region is surrounded by natural beauty, including nearby beaches along the Emerald Coast, where you can relax, swim, or participate in water sports like boating, fishing, and snorkeling.
Despite its smaller size, Crestview has a vibrant arts and cultural scene. The town hosts various art exhibits, live performances, and music festivals throughout the year. The city is known for being a family-friendly town. It provides access to quality schools within the Okaloosa County School District. The town also offers parks, playgrounds, and recreational facilities, making it a suitable place for families with children
Payment/Terms: Payment accepted via cashier’s check, or wire transfer. Payment must be made by the winning bidder within 5 days of close of auction, unless other arrangements are made.
Document Fee: A nominal document fee of $399 will be added to the winning bid on this property. A Warranty deed will be prepared and recorded once payment is made.
The land is being sold "as-is where-is" with no warranties either expressed or implied. Your bid is a legal contract to purchase per auction terms and an acknowledgement that you have completed all due diligence before you bid. I have not seen the lot and I have not had any tests or surveys done to the property. It is your responsibility to make sure the property suits your needs prior to bidding.
The property is free and clear of encumbrances. Upon receipt of payment in full a Warranty Deed is issued to the successful bidder.

Buyers are welcome to visit the property prior to placing a bid if they are able to. We are not based in the local area though, so no one will be there to meet you. Buyers do so at their own risk.
