Truck starts, runs, and drives. Heat is operational; A/C is not working.
The dash cluster has been replaced but intermittently loses signal. Unit will require additional work to be DOT compliant, including lighting rewiring and repair of existing air leaks. Truck shows rust consistent with age and prior use.
