1989 Freightliner FLD120 TRACTOR TRUCK, 14.0L L6 DIESEL.
This vehicle is being sold as is. It has been sitting in the street department lot for an unknown number of years, but it does run. The condition of the parts is unknown. There is no key for the truck and it has to be hot wired to start.
You will need special tools and equipment to remove this vehicle from the lot as it is extremely heavy and has not been maintained.
******There is a title for this vehicle, it shows to have a lein, but it was an error from 23 years ago when it was signed for by a city employee. A new title cannot be applied for due to the age of the vehicle in Alabama: EXEMPTIONS (Section 32-8-31)- NO Alabama certificate of title shall be obtained for:
A motor vehicle more than 35 model years old or a trailer more than 20 model years old*************

Removal
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
