Pick-up must be made within 10 days of payment, and is by APPOINTMENT ONLY
You will be turned away if you do not adhere to these timelines.
1. The Vehicle Info sheet is a guide, and not a definite determination of the condition of the vehicle. This is the ONLY information we have. For more info, please schedule an appointment for inspection.
2. All items must be picked up within the designated timeframe, or they will be considered abandoned and relisted for sale.
3. NO assistance will be provided to determine the condition of the vehicle, or upon pick-up.
4. No maintenance or repair work of any type will be permitted on district property.
5. All district tags and license plates have been removed. Temporary tags/plates will NOT be provided and are the responsibility of the buyer.
6. Radios, cameras, and any other specialty equipment previously added may be removed from the vehicle.
7. We do have the title to the vehicle, but it will NOT be available at pick-up. All titles will be sent via certified mail to the address on your account. Please allow 7 days after pick-up for mailing.
8. Vehicles will be titled ONLY to the winning bidder of the vehicle. It is up to the buyer to have it titled otherwise after receipt.
9. No vehicle will be viewed or picked up outside the designated times. You will be turned away.
Buyer is responsible for removal and securing the load, but is not allowed to perform any work while on site. Assistance will be provided for the load out, and all applicable rules/procedures must be followed while on site. The site will need 48 hours' notice before scheduling pick-up of the awarded item in order to facilitate scheduling at our facility.
Schedule Monday through Thursday and load outs should be scheduled between 8:00 AM ET and no later than 3:00 PM ET (lunch is 12:00PMto 12:30 PM)

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction close
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.
Removal
If you are the winning bidder, once your full payment has processed online, you must first print and sign the Bill of Sale where it states “Buyer/Agent Signature”. You will then need to scan the signed Bill of Sale to our office along with a copy of the account holder’s driver’s license or State ID to the address on your bill of sale.
Please note no help is provided by the Seller to assist with loading. Customer or 3rd party will bring any equipment/tools needed to take possession of the vehicle/equipment.
If you plan to have a third party complete removal of this item/lot, you must complete and sign the Authorization of Release document found on this link. The signed copy must be sent to the email listed on your Buyer's Certificate prior to any removal arrangements being made.
Appointment is REQUIRED to pick up items. Buyer should call 512-464-6977 or 512-464-6960 to schedule an appointment.
ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLERS LOCATION, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Removal: Item must be paid within 5 business days from the time and date of lot ended
issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.
