Single wide portable building at David Youree Elementary School - Size 20 x 42

Viewing scheduled for this portable will be on 12/15/25 from 8:30 am to 9:30 am at David Youree Elementary School, 250 Todd Ln., Smyrna, TN 37167

Bidders will be responsible for making sure they have a certified/licensed company with liability coverage to move portable buildings.
Bidders will be responsible for removing all items from the school site that are associated with the portable buildings like the concrete blocks etc.


Insurance Requirement: Buyer must provide proof of $1,000,000 liability insurance prior to asset removal. Buyer, contractor, or subcontractor must be licensed and bonded. All removal and site cleanup is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Seller shall be held harmless from any claims arising from the removal process.


PLEASE NOTE: $1,000,000 INSURANCE POLICY REQUIRED
• Buyer will need proof of $1,000,000 (one million dollars) insurance coverage before removal.
• All removal and deconstruction is solely Buyer’s responsibility.
• Buyer, Contractor or Subcontractor for Removal must be licensed and bonded in addition to the Insurance Requirement.

The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rutherford County Board of Education, for all claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership and removal of the item in compliance or violation of federal state and local laws or regulations.
