REMOVAL: All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Calhoun Community College assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.

Property may be removed between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 2:00p.m. CST, Monday through Thursday and 8:00a.m. and 10:00a.m. CST on Fridays. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

The Buyer must bring a physical copy of the Buyer's Certificate and a photo ID at time of pick up, and see Shawn Birdwell in the Purchasing Department, located on the 3rd floor of the Math, Science, Administration Building (building #14 on the campus map) to receive a Bill of Sale. A campus map is attached above in the "Additional Info" section of the item's description. Once the buyer receives a Bill of Sale, he will be directed to the applicable building to pick up his item(s).
