Payment
Wire Transfer is the only payment option for this item. The Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days unless otherwise specified below.
The Buyer’s Certificate will contain information to schedule payment & removal. Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency, Certified Cashiers Check, Money Order, Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory).

Removal
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
In the event that property is not picked up within 10 business days and/or the Buyer has defaulted on the auction, the Buyer will be charged 20% of total amount due or $200, whichever is greater, due to ND Surplus Property. Special circumstances may be considered at the discretion of ND Surplus Property.
