It will not start without starting fluid and has had battery wiring issues in the past.
Will need batteries or a jump start with starting fluid but did run the last time it was used.
SOLD AS IS. THIS VEHICLE WAS USED AT OUR LANDFILL LOCATION UNTIL LAST MONTH, BUT WAS DECLARED JUNK IN JANUARY 2017 AND TAKEN OFF THE ROAD. WE CAN NOT GET A TITLE BUT CAN SELL WITH A BILL OF SALE.
