We offer both packing and shipping for items at the buyer's expense. Shipping is done through either the US Postal Service or UPS for smaller items and LTL truck freight for larger items. Packaging of smaller items that ship via UPS or the post office is handled by someone locally at each of our locations and there is a $10 fee to cover packing materials and their time. This fee is per item shipped, whether they are combined or not. Shipping insurance is available (and recommended) at the buyer's expense. YOU MUST CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE AUCTION VIA EMAIL ( PikeCountyCommunications@Yahoo.com ) to request that insurance be added to your shipping fees. If you do not contact us via Email immediately after the auction, we WILL NOT be responsible for shipping loss or shipping damage if your item is shipped without insurance.
Due to an issue with a previous bidder, WE DO NOT ACCEPT SHIPPING LABELS (For smaller items) OR CUSTOMER ARRANGED FREIGHT (On larger items) FROM WINNING BIDDERS.

PLEASE NOTE: We strive to get items out within 1-2 business days after you make payment, but due to the high volume of items that we ship weekly, it can sometimes take up to between 5-7 business days from the time that you pay for your item to be shipped.
In person removal is by appointment only. Appointments MUST BE SCHEDULED AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please do not just show up at any of our locations to pick up an item without having an appointment. You will be turned away and asked to make an appointment. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description or previous arrangements have been made IN WRITING. We can assist with loading once a damage waiver is signed. We reserve the right to refuse loading assistance if necessary.
ANY ITEM(S) NOT REMOVED WITHIN THE ALLOTED TIME FRAME WILL BE DECLARED ABANDONED AND NO REFUND OF PAYMENT(S) WILL BE ISSUED. NO EXCEPTIONS!
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license,
