Fair / Good Condition
The first cabinet pictured is 19.5" deep x 29" wide x 28.5" tall - It has a scratch on top and no footer piece on the bottom. There are clasps to lock the doors.
The second cabinet pictured is 19" deep x 30" wide x 30" tall - Only one drawer can be opened at a time.
The third cabinet pictured is 20.5" deep x 16" wide x 28" tall - It has wheels on the bottom and can be rolled.
The wooden table is 19" deep x 59" wide x 30" tall - It has a scratch on top.
All items at auction are sold as/is where/is with no warranty or guarantee of functionality.
The City does not ship items. All items must be picked up at the location listed in the auction.

SALES TAX

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Please see the contact below
Person removing asset must provide copy of Buyers Certificate at time of removal. The Buyer’s Certificate serves as Proof-of-Purchase and must be presented at the time of item removal.** If using a 3rd-Party agent; Buyer must provide agent with a faxed copy including their signed authorization to release their items. Buyer must notify Seller if using a Third-Party Agent.
Vehicle Titles will be issued at the time of removal. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. No Shipping-No Exceptions.
