The wooden shelving unit is 20" deep x 42" wide x 44" tall
The metal desk is 24" deep x 60" wide x 20" tall - Drawers open and close smoothly.
There is pull-out in the middle for a keyboard. The 2 items on the desk are included in the auction.
All items are sold as/is where/is with no warranty or guarantee as to functionality.
No items will be shipped. Buyer must pick the items up from the location listed in the auction.

SALES TAX

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Please see the contact below
Person removing asset must provide copy of Buyers Certificate at time of removal. The Buyer’s Certificate serves as Proof-of-Purchase and must be presented at the time of item removal.** If using a 3rd-Party agent; Buyer must provide agent with a faxed copy including their signed authorization to release their items. Buyer must notify Seller if using a Third-Party Agent.
Vehicle Titles will be issued at the time of removal. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. No Shipping-No Exceptions.
