Parker Suburbanite (36") 17 Cu Ft Commercial Lawn Sweeper w/ Mesh Bottom
These move as one unit but can be separated for transportation. The covers are damaged but the sweepers themselves have recently gotten some new parts and are functional as of their last use.
Each sweeper measures roughly 63"L x 36"W x 32" H
Combined into one unit they measure roughly 200"L x 103"W
All equipment is sold as/is where/is with no guarantee as to the functionality of the equipment. City staff will not assist in any way with the removal of any equipment. Removal is the sole responsibility of the winning bidder.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Please see the contact below
Person removing asset must provide copy of Buyers Certificate at time of removal. The Buyer’s Certificate serves as Proof-of-Purchase and must be presented at the time of item removal.** If using a 3rd-Party agent; Buyer must provide agent with a faxed copy including their signed authorization to release their items. Buyer must notify Seller if using a Third-Party Agent.
Vehicle Titles will be issued at the time of removal. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. No Shipping-No Exceptions.
