Aluminum/Wood sided multi-purpose pole barn building. Buyer must disassemble. One section of the roof is metal. The other section is shingled. The building has two large garage doors and two man-doors. During and after the removal, all building materials, regardless of condition, must be removed.

Building is easily accessible from a parking lot. Building requires disassembly, it cannot be moved intact. Dimensions are approx. 1,936 square feet total for 2 sections. 1st section is 40'x30'. 2nd section is 32'x23'. Exact ceiling height is unknown.

Removal Timeframe: Unless other arrangements are made, building must be removed with 30 days of the auction closing. Bidder will have 5 days from start date to remove the building from the property.

Reason for being sold: The Licking Park District recently purchased the property. The property is being designed to be a new park with kayak/canoe access on the Licking River. The building is no longer required.

Terms:
Winning bidder will be required to sign an Indemnification Waiver and Release.
All damage to the grounds will be the liability of the buyer.

Any equipment being used to dismantle must meet current safety standards.

All wooden vertical posts must be either extruded from the ground or cut off at ground level.

Site must be kept clean at all times.

The winning bidder must have the proper equipment and transportation to safely and properly remove the dismantled building from the location. Buyer is liable for all safety, site, and transportation issues.

No assistance or machinery will be provided by the seller.

Removal: Property may be removed by appointment only, and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within thirty (30) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction unless other arrangements have been made. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of the property. No assistance will be provided by the Licking Park District.

TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.

TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Bidder Services at tax@govdeals.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made.
